I couldn't be happier with the guitar. I am playing it through a Peavey Vypyr Tube 120 and an array of amazing sounds emanate, between the P90s and the modeling abilities of the amp. In addition, everyone who tries the guitar comments on how eminently playable it is. A few days ago my friend who found your line at Gravity Strings and recommended it to me commented on the benefits of the hardness of the frets. He by the way is a fine player who repairs, rehabs and modifies guitars for fun (an electronics and computer whiz), primarily for electric plays a 25th anniversary Strat but also has a few Gibson, including a Casino (same scale as the MS Bluesmaster, I believe). He would buy one of yours in a minute I think, if it wasn't for the fact that he has so many guitars, needs for his studio, kids in college and the downturn in the economs he can play mine anytime. I think he has designs on a Bluesmaster and Vypyr as soon as things turn. By the way, another friend who plays a lot of acoustic and bass says the MS Bluesmaster is the easiest playing electric he's tried, and likens it to the ease of play of a Taylor acoustic (the three of us play Taylors). It's a shame this guitar got stuck with a very average player like me, but the sounds help cover up the lack of skill.

Just picked up a Mississippi Bluesmaster with P-90's. It is now my guitar of choice. Laying aside a Fender Thinline and a Taylor Solidbody to use this great guitar.

I am a gibson player of almost 50 years, have played fenders as well, my St blues is by far the best companion to my gibsons and gives me that special other sound when I need it. The first time I picked it up I knew it was mine. Never had that with any fender and I have owned many over my life, sold them all. I am interested in the new blues master. One humbucker, two single coil. Need to know is the spacing on the poles of the humbucker that of a fender, being wider or closer as a gibson? Would appreciate some information pertaining to that. Thanks , John Steven Clearwater FL

Folks, I just bought a Mississippi Bluesmaster from Adirondack Guitars. I received it yesterday. I am a new guitar player. I've been playing for about 4 months, bought a cheap ESP LTD guitar when I started, and have been using that. I came into some money, and based solely on your webpage, soundclips, and reviews, bought a Mississippi Bluesmaster. Since before I started playing guitar, I've wanted to play the blues. I have lines of music running through my head. Even with my limited skill level, and with a cheap amp, the Mississippi Bluesmaster sings wonderfully. The sound quality is everything I hoped for and I'm recommending your guitars to my friends. On top of that, the build quality of your guitars is excellent. There are no flaws, no concerns, and all the hardware is put together wonderfully. She feels great in my hands, and is surprisingly light weight. Sound quality and build quality is only part of the story though. I've heard things about other company's stock set ups. I did not need to worry. My guitar was set up perfectly. Thank you all for the guitar. I have a guitar that I want to keep. I only have one quick question: When I need to replace the strings, what do you recommend? I cannot find that information on your webpage. I like the strings that come on her, at least so far. Thank you again, Patrick

My Mississippi Bluesmaster came today and I am over whelmed! I've been playing guitar for 40 years and I thought I was past the point of being wowed by a guitar, boy was I wrong. The attention to detail, fit and finish are superb, I honestly don't know what could be done to improve the build quality of this guitar. The Mahogany body and neck are beautiful, and I haven't seen a Rosewood fingerboard this tight grained and dark since Nixon was in the White House. The Maple top is stunning and the binding is spot on. The action is set up perfect for me, love the Wilkinson tuners as well as the rest of the hardware, excellent fret job, nice touch on the bridge logo and bone nut. It'll be a few weeks before I'll be able to write an adequate review of the sound of this guitar, I've only had it for an hour and I've spent the better part of it drooling over the looks of the guitar. Honestly though, the sounds the pickups and body produce together are magnificent. The middle position is off the chart! For anyone willing to get past the Fender/Gibson "image" thing and just play your guitars, I believe you will have made a fan for life. I know you have with me. Thank you again for committing to the left handed crowd and for the price you gave me for this "second". Had I seen and played this guitar before I bought it, I would have paid three times what I did. Also thanks for the tweed case, you are a class act. Often as guitarists we suffer from "oh the next guitar will be...", thank you for releasing me from that curse, this is the one! I wish you all the best and you can be sure when I'm in Memphis I'll stop by to thank you in person.

I enjoyed meeting you and spending some time talking music and guitars Tuesday..After a long trip back to northwest Arkansas and the usual pain of unloading the car, stretching long-knotted-up muscles, and walking the dog, I was finally able to break out my new St. Blues guitar and, like a kid with a new toy, played with it until my wife deemed it was time to unpack my suitcase and hanging bag (or at least move them off the bed so that she could go to sleep!). Had to put my new toy away for the night at that point....
Great guitar! I have been grudgingly trying to accept various Korean-made instruments up til now, but you have really put a first-class stamp on the quality control of your product. The fit and finish are absolutely top notch. Kudos to everyone at Saint Blues Guitars!
I do have one suggestion for you: How about a model utilizing the Bigsby tremolo? They are extremely popular in this day and age; they stay in tune very well (sometimes better than the factory Fender or other aftermarket units I've tried); and in some cases, a perceived "coolness" factor can sell a guitar with one. It would probably make a heavier solid-bodied guitar such as mine a little tail-heavy, so I would suggest mounting it on a lighter body weight or hollow-bodied guitar.
Once again, Brian, I enjoyed our visit, and I'll be happy in any way to spread the gospel of St. Blues up here in my area.

Yesterday I was on the "Musikmesse Frankfurt" and I saw your guitars for the first time. It was love from first sight. The last 25 Years a was only a Fender and Epiphone-Player. I think my next guitar is a St. Blues. Very friendly St.blues-People there in Frankfurt.

This afternoon I walk into one of my favorite guitar shops in SoCal. When I walk in, my eyes immed fixed to that awesome looking Telcaster type guitar...I read on the headstock, "St Blues Guitars"...to which I had not heard of (But now a huge fan). I read up on the company, asked for a chord to plug her in and I was love struck. What a beautiful sounding guitar. I was immediately sold and ended up walking our with a new Black 61 South with a Bixby Tremlo attached. This guitar is tough to put down.Once you pick it up...it is comfortable, light, and outs out some arse kicking energy. I have a Fender Tele that gas now taken a back seat to my 61 South. Remember Dylans most posular record for years ago...."Highway 61 Revisited..."? Well, its been revisited by me and jsut want to let you all know what a great guitar you have made with this model. Very cool, thanks.
