Shipping & Return Policies

Saint Blues uses FedEx Ground to ship within the US.  For international orders we use USPS Priority Mail International for Cigar Box Guitars and amps and FedEx Express International Saver for Juke Joint and Workshop series guitars.  For international orders duties and taxes may be added to the invoice, or may be charged by the carrier when they deliver the instrument.  Either way, all duties, taxes (VAT or otherwise) and customs fees of any kind are the responsibility of the buyer.

30 Day Return Policy

Our goal at St. Blues is to make it easy for customer to buy directly from St. Blues if there are no local dealers near them.  This is why we give people time to check out the guitars at home and see if they like the look, feel and sound of the instruments being played through their own gear.

Customers can return guitars WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY if they are not satisfied with the guitar and receive a full refund of the guitar.   Guitars and the accompanying cases or gigbags must be returned in the SAME CONDITION they were when they were shipped.  This means you can play it at your home or studio and get comfortable with the guitar.  This does NOT mean that you can take it out on tour for 30 days and return it at the end of the tour.  All returns must have prior authorization from Saint Blues and must have a return authorization (RA) number printed on the return shipping label or box.   All unauthorized returns or items returned without an RA will be refused.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is a result of an error on the part of Saint Blues or the shipper (e.g. we shipped the wrong model, the product was somehow defective, or the product was damaged in shipping).  Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and box and you must make sure that you purchase sufficient insurance from your shipper to cover the cost of  any damage to, or loss of the instrument.  Saint Blues reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if the guitar is overly worn or refuse any returns if conditions are not met.
