How do I get a quote on my own, one-of-a-kind Saint Blues guitar?

First, review our Custom Guitars page, and then complete our Custom Orders form and St. Blues will contact you about your one-of-a kind guitar.

I did not receive an Owner's Manual with my guitar - is one available?

We've conveniently put one here on our website. Just go to our Owner's Manual page.

How do I obtain warranty service?

Just fill out our Warranty Service form and you will be contacted by a St. Blues team member

How can I date/ID my instruments?

Serial numbers are located either on the back of the headstock or on the neck plate. The first 2 numbers signify the year, followed by the month, then in the order that they were produced.

Do you have an online warranty registration?

Of course we do! Check out our Warranty Registration page for more information and our online registration form.

Do you offer tours?

Yes, we do, but only for groups of 8 or more by appointment. Give us a call at 901.578.3588 to set up your tour.

Does Saint Blues sell direct to the public?

Yes, we do. And, you've come to the right place. You can purchase a St. Blues guitar right here on our website, or visit our Memphis showroom on Marshall Street.

Why don't I see any left handed models?

We can make any of our guitars left handed but it is considered a "custom". Fill out our Custom Order form.

How do I become an authorized dealer?

Complete the Dealer Application form.

What strings do you recommend for my Saint Blues?

We recommend D'addario Strings and sell our own branded version of their strings in 9's, 10's and 11's. See our Gear Page to purchase these strings.
